Driving a New Era of Sustainable Mining

ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP

Sidney Resources Corporation is redefining modern mining through the integration of cutting-edge technologies and a steadfast commitment to environmental stewardship. By prioritizing sustainability, responsible resource extraction, and ecological restoration, Sidney is leading the transformation of an industry long overdue for innovation.

"We are setting higher standards for cleanup and relationship building," said Chantel Greene, President of Sidney Resources Corp. "By integrating water conservation technologies, renewable energy solutions, and innovative remediation methodologies, we are driving the mining industry toward a more responsible and regenerative future."

Sidney’s dedication to environmental impact reduction extends beyond active project sites. With the recent acquisition of 40 acres in Pony Meadows, the company now holds the headwaters of Webfoot Creek, a vital freshwater resource. This acquisition strengthens Sidney’s role in protecting and restoring regional waterways.

Through the Unity Purchase, Sidney has also secured access to Smith Creek and is actively evaluating road modifications that would facilitate restoration efforts along Arlise Creek and Hulls Creek. These tributaries feed into Warren Creek, supporting Sidney’s watershed-wide approach to sustainable land and water management.

"Our commitment to responsible resource extraction and environmental sustainability is at the core of our corporate philosophy," said Zalewski, CEO. "By aligning with Hydromaxx, American Motorworks, Mycleanium, and Redstone Innovations, we are ensuring our operations meet and exceed the highest environmental standards."

This proactive approach reflects a collaborative effort with regulatory bodies and conservation partners, ensuring that mining in the Warren District not only progresses responsibly but also enhances ecological resilience and watershed protection.

Looking ahead, Sidney Resources is preparing to submit its full SF-299 permit application in Q1 FY2025, reinforcing its commitment to regulatory compliance and sustainable infrastructure development.

COMMUNITY RELATIONSHIPS

We are committed to constructive relationships with local communities and local governmental entities and regulatory agencies to help smooth the integration and impacts of mining operations. We are committed to be a responsible Corporate Citizen and will work with local entities to develop Economic impact plans to help provide the infrastructure and funding necessary to accommodate the potential population growth due to mining operations.  We believe this process will strengthen ties between local communities and the mining industry in general.

We recognize that excellence in managing environmental responsibilities is essential to long-term success.  Our plan includes entering into  “Good Neighbor Agreements” with local environmental and conservation groups who have worked diligently over several decades to protect our natural resources in the Warren area.  We recognize and embrace the importance of an innovative social process which provides a system for dispute resolution, meaningful dialogue and proactive public participation in the development and operations processes.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Sidney Resources Corporation is committed to the development and implementation of the best safety and protective system possible with the goal of eliminating hazards or harmful exposures. We strive to provide a working environment that is conducive to personal health, mental alertness and safety awareness to ensure both employee and environmental safety. Sidney Resources Corporation is driven in its efforts to maintain proactive safety and health programs to prevent and minimize all forms of loss and to promote continuous improvement of operations.
