SeanRae Zalewski is an investor and entrepreneur. As an experienced founder with a demonstrated history of working in the venture capital and private equity industry he has invested in over 45 portfolio companies. As a strong business development professional that is skilled in Real Estate Development, Sales, Securities, Wealth Transfer and Estate Planning Sean uses his skill sets and knowledge to guide the companies towards achieving their goals. He is currently engaged in corporate structuring, strategic planning, business succession, capital sourcing, and completing due diligence on portfolio companies. SeanRae acts as a consultant to Broker dealer investment committees, various company boards, and provides guidance for family offices across North America. 

Chantel Greene is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Xexus Greene Energy LLC, a 100% Native American- and woman-owned newly established consulting company. She served a three-year term as the elected Vice-Chairwoman of the Nez Perce Tribal Council (NPTEC) from 2018 to 2021. The Idaho Governor’s Office of Energy and Mineral Resources requested her to serve as a member of the 2022 Energy Infrastructure Task Force, and she was selected to serve on Idaho’s COVID-19 Financial Cares Committee. She was selected to give written and oral testimony in Washington, DC, to the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Appropriations’ Subcommittee on Interior, Environment and Related Agencies in 2020. Currently, Chantel serves on the advisory committee for the Center for Tribal Nations (CTNAC), and previously served on the 2021 Northwest CASC Deep Dive: Managing Climate Change Impacts on Stream Permanence. She is a recipient and selected Fellow of the 2021-2022 Tribal Solar Accelerator Fund through Grid Alternatives Tribal Energy Innovators Fellowship Program. She successfully completed the Solar and Energy Storage Resiliency Project for the Nez Perce Tribe with Idaho’s first Tribal Tesla Megapack. The Solar Resiliency Project included service learning and workforce development for tribal members. Some of her policy work and testimony provided to the Idaho State Senate, Human Resource Subcommittee, and Natural Resource Subcommittee for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and People led to the passage of Resolution HCR033 and to Dental Health Aide Therapy Idaho Bill rule passage, eventually creating DHAT Idaho healthcare provider program. She was previously the Human Resource Chairman for the Nez Perce Tribe and helped establish and chaired its Climate Change and Energy Subcommittee. Her previous delegated appointments were to the Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board, Community Health Aide Program (CHAP), State and Tribal Governments Working Group on environmental issues (STGWG), Inter-tribal Agriculture Council, National Congress of American Indians (NCAI), and Affiliated Tribes of the Northwest Indians (ATNI). She has also previously worked in natural resources, health care, human resources, and STEM mentoring programs. She holds a Masters of Legal Studies in Indigenous Peoples Law from the University of Oklahoma, a Bachelors of Arts in Indigenous American Indian Studies with an emphasis in Environmental Justice from Haskell Indian Nations University, and an Associates of Science, Health, Sport, and Exercise Science degree also from Haskell Indian Nations University. She is currently the new Nez Perce Tribe Gaming Commission Director.

Dan Hally has spent over a decade managing exploration and development operations.  He has a unique knowledge and understanding of narrow vein structures and how to build a successful plan to move projects into production.   He has 30 years of leadership and management experience and previously served as a Captain with a Sheriff’s Office in Washington State.  He utilizes his skills as an investigator to uncover valuable information about potential targets in the historic Warren Mining District.  His ability to problem solve and get things done are critical to being successful in bringing the Warren District back into production.    Dan has several experience years’ working with the United States Forest Service in Fire, Timber and Recreation Management.  He graduated from Lewis Clark State College in Lewiston Idaho with his bachelor’s degree, his master’s degree in Justice Studies and obtained Organizational Leadership at Gonzaga University.  He proudly served in the United States Army as a Combat Engineer.  Dan has a strong commitment to protecting the environment and has spent a lifetime enjoying the mountains of Idaho.

Bryce finished his college studies at Baylor University in 2014, where he was named an All-Big 12 student athlete and earned All-American honors for his football achievements. He went on to be a fourth-round choice in the 2015 draft by the New York Jets, where he played three years before joining the Miami Dolphins for his fourth and final season in 2018. Following his professional football career, Bryce went to work for a Dallas-based private equity firm. During his tenure, he concentrated on capital markets and was instrumental in financing the firm's real estate initiatives. Bryce contributed to the successful completion of projects and participated in overseeing their development from inception to completion. Bryce left in 2021 to work on various projects in the sports and entertainment industries, as well as project financing for a variety of industries such as venture opportunities, private equity, and larger real estate projects. Bryce has since launched a number of projects in the fields of real estate financing, debt procurement, venture capital, private equity, and a variety of other entrepreneurial endeavors. Bryce has discovered a deep interest in developing meaningful connections in order to efficiently meet the needs of both entrepreneurs and operators.

Sue Patti is the owner of the Sue Patti Group, LLC., an accomplished Real Estate Broker with over 30 years of experience. She is in the top 1% of Sales Agents for her Office and ranks in the top 10% nationally. She has been awarded Consecutive Best in Customer Satisfaction by Milwaukee Magazine, Top 10 for Client Satisfaction by American Institute of Real Estate Professionals, and consecutive Certificate of Excellence Award Winner with Realty Executives for Outstanding Achievement. She has also been nominated for the 2016 Women in Wealth Awards hosted by Wealth & Finance Magazine. She and her husband previously owned and operated a successful truck dealership broadening her contract and operation skills.  Her expertise in sales and marketing background along with her contract negotiation and problem solving skills have aided in her multiple achievements. Additionally, she is a contributor with Community and National /Abroad Christian FundRaising Programs. Sue’s passion for her family and community, along with her experience and a solution oriented approach make her a genuine asset to any organization she is involved with.

Mr. Lindner has spent over 30 years providing outstanding Transportation, Warehouse and Logistic services. Gregg is one of the founding members and the President of Airport Gateway Business Association. He serves as the Chairman of the Airport Gateway Business Improvement District #40 (AGBID #40) and sits on the board of directors of Aerotropolis Milwaukee.  Gregg brings extensive commercial real estate experience to the team.  He stays involved in local social and governmental activities. Gregg's experience in Business Development, Organizational Improvement and Logistics will be an asset to any organization to move it forward, in a positive direction.

Dr. Norman is a scientist with 21 years of research experience. Dr. Norman received his Ph.D. in physics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2008. His dissertation focused on the nuclear and particle physics of space radiation. He was a recipient of the NASA Graduate Student Research Program Fellowship from 2005-2008. After graduation, Dr. Norman was a postdoctoral scholar in the Nuclear Engineering department at the University of Tennessee, then was a postdoctoral scholar with the NASA Postdoctoral Program at Langley Research Center. Dr. Norman has served as a research professor of nuclear engineering and an adjunct professor of physics. He also has extensive project management experience, having managed multiple projects, including a $4 Million per year research project with 14 investigators. Dr. Norman has co-authored over 60 research articles, presented at numerous international conferences, and is the recipient of multiple awards including the 2021 NASA Early Career Achievement Medal for “exceptional achievement in developing understanding of the radiation environment affecting aircraft and spacecraft”. Dr. Norman is the co-founder of Coastal Virginia Gaelic Athletic Association, a 501c3 nonprofit, and served as the chairman for the 4 years and a board member for an additional 2 years before stepping down in 2018.

Mr. Schram is majority owner and President of AFK Corp. AFK Corp, in central Wisconsin, is a grey and ductile iron - green sand foundry. AFK Corp produces iron castings across many different markets and industries.

He has over 35 years of experience in operations and management in the foundry industry. Under Corey's stewardship AFK Corp has reached record profits and growth. This has been accomplished through supply chain efficiency, diversification of services and products offered, and pivoting to capture market opportunities that have presented themselves. Corey graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Studies/Management. He is a licensed multi-engine (IFR rated) commercial pilot with over three decades of experience and has logged over 3300 hours logged in many different aircraft. Corey's decades of multifaceted experience working with the EPA and OSHA regulations will help Sidney Resources Corporation ensure that it is navigating growth and expansion under the direction and supervision of experienced professionals with a passion for sustainability.

A seasoned attorney with expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and trust law, will assume the crucial role of providing guidance to the company in matters of governance and strategic planning for potential M&A endeavors. Maier possesses over two decades of professional expertise, specializing in several areas including estate planning, succession planning, deferred compensation design, executive compensation planning, income tax planning, and mergers and acquisitions (M&As). He also has experience handling wealth transfers, including multigenerational dynasty planning and grantor-trust sales, as well as structuring new businesses and designing exit strategies. Maier represents clients ranging from business owners, investors, and developers to families with multimillion dollar business valuations and real estate portfolios. In conjunction with his expertise in estate planning, Maier possesses extensive knowledge and proficiency in income tax matters, encompassing the establishment, functioning, and dissolution of multiple company organizations. In addition, he is responsible for managing tax structuring in the context of mergers and acquisitions, tax exempt corporate reorganizations, post-mortem administration, and intricate probate affairs. Additionally, Maier is responsible for supervising internal sales activities, which encompass intra-family wealth transfers and sales to insiders, including employee stock ownership programs. Maier is a highly sought-after public speaker who delivers monthly presentations on a diverse range of subjects pertaining to the field of estate planning. He is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar's Taxation, Property, and Probate sections, as well as co-president of the Society of Financial Services Professionals. Andrew Prelea’s illustrious career in the mining industry, marked by significant

His wealth of experience, particularly in optimizing processing circuits to extract

maximum yields from intricate ore varieties, perfectly complements our endeavors in the

Warren District and Walla Walla projects. Teaming up Mr. Prelea's expertise alongside

Mike Irish adds substantial value for our shareholders, particularly in the intricate process

of recovering gold and other precious metals from ore. In his advisory role, Mr. Prelea will focus on optimizing operational processes, identifying

new business opportunities, connecting the company with international equipment

suppliers for operational expansion, and guiding the strategic direction of the company’s

expansion efforts. His insights will also play a critical role in enhancing Sidney Resources’

production methodologies and sustainability practices.
