About Us

About Sidney Resources

Sidney Resources Corporation (OTC Pink: SDRC) is a mining and green technology company committed to the exploration, development, and responsible extraction of precious metals and critical minerals. Our mission goes beyond mining—we are innovating clean technologies to refine resources, improve water quality, and drive sustainable development for a healthier, more prosperous future.

Strategic Operations in Idaho

Headquartered in North Central Idaho, Sidney Resources is actively expanding its footprint across two historic mining districts:

  • Warren District Project
Spanning 3,667 acres of unpatented mineral claims and 208 acres of private land, this site includes multiple historic mines—most notably the newly acquired Silver Monarch Mine and Unity Mining properties. These acquisitions solidify our control of the district and access to high-value vein systems rich in gold, silver, PGMs, and rare earth elements. The Warren District also houses our operational hub, featuring a test mill and office complex to support ongoing development and production.
  • Walla Walla Project
Located just 10 miles from the Warren District in the Marshall Lake Mining District, this 940-acre site of unpatented lode claims offers strong potential for future exploration and development.

We also operate a metallurgy lab in Gem County, Idaho, focused on optimizing extraction techniques and refining processes for maximum efficiency and recovery.

Driving Innovation in Clean Technology

Sidney Resources is actively engaged in advancing environmental technologies that complement and elevate traditional mining practices:

  • Partnering with Hydromaxx to test and implement breakthrough clean water technologies.
  • Supporting Airborne Motorworks with wind studies for next-generation clean wind turbines.
  • Exploring the use of laser-based technologies to improve precision in mining and materials processing.
  • Advancing bio-remediation solutions to restore ecosystems affected by mining activities.

A Legacy of Responsibility

Founded in 1896 and incorporated in 1910, Sidney Resources remains committed to sustainable practices through innovation. Our focus on advanced metallurgical methods, strategic acquisitions, and clean technology integration enables us to maximize resource recovery while minimizing environmental impact—delivering long-term value to shareholders and communities alike.
