Sidney Resources Corporation (OTC Pink: SDRC) is a mining and green technology company

dedicated to the exploration, development, and responsible extraction of precious metals and

critical minerals. Our mission extends beyond mining—we are pioneering innovative

technologies for clean refining, water quality improvement, and sustainable resource

development to shape a healthier and more prosperous future.

With a strong presence in North Central Idaho, Sidney Resources is actively expanding and

enhancing its operations across two historic mining districts:

•  Warren District Project: Encompassing 3,667 acres of unpatented mineral claims, 208 acres of private property, and multiple historic mines, including the recently acquired Silver Monarch Mine and Unity Mining properties. These acquisitions have strengthened our control over the Warren District, securing high-value vein systems and mine spoils with significant concentrations of gold, silver, platinum group metals (PGMs), and rare earth elements. This location also serves as our operational hub, featuring a test mill and office complex to support ongoing development and production.
• Walla Walla Project: Located within the Marshall Lake Mining District, approximately 10 miles from our Warren District operations, this project covers 940 acres of unpatented lode claims, providing additional exploration and development opportunities.

To support our commitment to innovation and efficiency, Sidney Resources operates a metallurgy lab in Gem County, Idaho, dedicated to refining and optimizing extraction processes for our mineral resources.

Beyond traditional mining, Sidney Resources is actively engaged in advancing clean technology

initiatives:

• Partnering with Hydromaxx to test and implement next-generation clean water technologies.
• Conducting wind studies for Airborne Motorworks, supporting the development of truly clean wind energy turbines.
• Exploring partnerships for laser technologies that enhance precision mining and materials processing.
• Advancing bio-remediation processes to support environmental restoration efforts in mining-affected areas.
